Previously, Gerald held leadership roles at prominent organizations, including being a Principal Adviser at Ecosystm and CoVentured. Gerald's expertise spans advising on innovation partnerships and digital business models, with a notable background in turnaround management and enterprise transformation across various sectors. Gerald holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury and completed the Company Directors' Course at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
