Jason Wirick

Jason Wirick is a pragmatic idealist currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ecotone, Inc., where they focus on building resilient communities through natural systems. With 20 years of experience in project management, facilities management, and strategic consulting, Jason has supervised multi-million dollar projects and facilitated efforts with developers, architects, and engineers on award-winning initiatives. They hold a bachelor’s degree in science from Virginia Tech University and an MBA with an emphasis on corporate sustainability from Duquesne University, and are both WELL® and LEED® accredited professionals. Previously, Jason worked at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, where they managed sustainability initiatives and led projects that achieved multiple environmental certifications.
