Will Stratton

Will Stratton is an experienced professional in change management and transformation within various sectors, currently serving as the Head of B2B Strategy and Transformation at Ecotricity since April 2023. In this role, Will oversees a multi-million-pound transformation program aimed at supporting Ecotricity's growth objectives for FY24. Prior to Ecotricity, Will worked at National Grid as Programme Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions and as Change Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Gemini IT system. Additional experience includes serving as a Management Consultant at Moorhouse, leading DEFRA’s Brexit readiness program, and a Transformation Manager at Wolseley, focusing on branch estate transformation. Will holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Geography and Planning from Cardiff University and completed education at The King's School Worcester.
