Hao Bui

Hao Bui has been in the logistics industry since 2011. Hao began their career at DHL Supply Chain as a Customer Service & QA Team Leader, where they were responsible for receiving and resolving all claims, complaints and inquiries raised from customers. Hao then moved to Jupiter Foods Vietnam Ltd. in 2016, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive, handling customer complaints, stock returns and warranty procedures. In 2017, they joined Coca Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. as a DISTRIBUTION CUSTOMER SERVICE. In 2018, they moved to iGAP Logistics as an Operations Manager. Currently, they are an Account Management Manager at EcoTruck - Ecosystem for Trucking.

Hao Bui completed a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing at Nong Lam University between 2006 and 2010. In 2008, they earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Economics HCM. In 2009, they earned a Certificate in Food Safety Management Systems and Standard ISO 22000:2005 from the Center for Applied Business Management AMC. Finally, in 2012, they earned a Certificate in ISO 9001 : 2008 Awareness and Internal Auditor from SQM HCM Center.
