Teresa Gaddy

Teresa Gaddy is an experienced Program Manager at Ecotrust, where responsibilities include overseeing the Green Workforce Academy, a five-week paid program focused on workforce readiness for Black, Native, and POC young adults aged 18-25. Teresa's role entails providing training in environmental literacy and facilitating hands-on job opportunities in the green industry. Previously, Teresa served as a Project Coordinator for the same program, managing recruitment, logistics, and connecting graduates with employment and educational resources. Prior experience includes working as a Technician at Advantage Integrated Pest Elimination and serving as a Peer Mentor at Portland State University, where engagement with diverse student groups on sensitive topics was a key focus. Teresa holds a Master of Public Administration in Natural Resource and Policy, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from Portland State University.
