Katy Talbott is a seasoned professional in engineering and logistics management with extensive experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and production oversight. Currently serving as the Logistics Unit Manager at Ecovyst, Inc. since January 2021, Katy is actively involved in plant-wide health, safety, and environmental initiatives, alongside developing production plans to meet sales and inventory targets. Prior roles include Unit Manager at Ecovyst, Process Engineer at PQ Corporation, and Assistant Department Manager - Packaging at Ingredion Incorporated, where Katy led teams and managed production processes effectively. Additional experience includes positions as a Quality Engineer and Shift Manager at U.S. Steel, and a Laboratory Technician at NanoScale Corporation. Katy holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA with a focus on Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
