Sean Dineen

Sean Dineen has extensive work experience in finance and strategy. Sean is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Ecovyst, Inc. Previously, they held the positions of Vice President, Corporate Development & Head of M&A at Quaker Houghton and Managing Director at Banc of America Securities. Sean also worked as an Associate at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and as a Consultant/Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse LLP. Additionally, Sean served as the Vice President/Treasurer at First Wall Street SBIC. Overall, they have a strong background in leadership, financial management, and business development.

Sean Dineen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School in 1991. Sean further pursued their education at Columbia Business School where they obtained an MBA in Finance in the year 1996.
