Stephan Telm is an enthusiastic EHS professional and passionate DEI advocate who believes in the fundamental rights to health, safety, and being heard. They currently serve as a Senior Health & Safety Specialist at Ecovyst, Inc., and previously held the role of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. With extensive experience in hazardous waste management and industrial hygiene, Stephan has worked across various organizations, including Bayer Biologics and AgraQuest, Inc. As a lapidary artist, they have also created gemstones and captured nature through photography, reflecting their diverse interests in both science and the arts.
