Monique Smit

Monique Smit is a commercially astute professional with over 6 years of progressive experience in R&D, technical sales, and strategic account management, particularly in the specialty chemicals and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as a New Business Development and Technical Consultant at Ecowize - Southern Africa since September 2025, Monique previously held the position of Account Manager at Buckman from February 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included increasing sales, effective planning, and managing team contributions.
