Hartmut Kahl is an expert in the natural and built environment with extensive experience in renewable energy law and regulatory affairs. They served as the Head of Renewable Energy and Energy Economy Law at Stiftung Umweltenergierecht from 2012 to 2023 and worked as a lawyer at Die BBH-Gruppe from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Hartmut is a visiting professor at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and holds the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs at ecoworks. Hartmut earned a law degree from Universität Leipzig and a Master of Laws from Duke University School of Law.
