Riddhi Mathur

Riddhi Mathur has four years of work experience. Riddhi began their career in 2010 as a Guest Faculty at College of Technology and Engineering. In 2011, they joined Pacific College of Engineering as an Assistant Professor, where they administered and graded examinations, was a member of the Women's Development Cell, and was involved with the RTU exams at the college. In 2019, they moved to Olive Green Consulting, where they served as an Associate Consultant and Talent Sourcer. In their role as Talent Sourcer, they implemented various sourcing techniques and advanced passive tools to cater to the client needs and sourced jobs via job boards, web crawlers, search engines, social networking tools, etc. to ensure 100% client satisfaction. Currently, they are employed as a Recruitment Specialist at Ecozen Solutions.

Riddhi Mathur has a comprehensive educational background. Riddhi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Maharana Mewar Public School from 1991 to 2006. Currently, they are pursuing their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning since 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Recruiting Foundations and Recruiting Talent with Social Media from LinkedIn in May 2020, and is currently pursuing a certification in MATLAB.
