Carly Smith

Carly Smith has held multiple positions in the healthcare industry since 2014. Carly began their career as an Administrator in Training at Lake Country Health and Rehabilitation Center in 2014. Carly then moved to Tender Reflections of Elkhorn in 2015, where they served as Administrator. In 2016, they joined ECP, where they have held the roles of Clinical Compliance Analyst, Consultant, Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, and Director of Product Management.

Carly Smith graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Health Care Administration. In February of 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum.org. Carly is also a Nursing Home Administrator, certified by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards.
