Libby Gover has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Libby started their career as a Camp Counselor at Joy El Camps & Retreats, where they were responsible for the safety and spiritual leadership of up to 12 girls. Libby also worked as a Dietary Aide at Shippensburg Health Care Center and gained experience in food service and following health and safety guidelines.

Libby then joined Manorcare Health Services as an Assistant Activities Director, focusing on activities and resident support in the dementia unit. Libby also developed the family newsletter and enjoyed working with older adults, especially those with dementia.
At Care.com, Libby worked as a caregiver, evaluating babysitting jobs and building relationships with families. Libby provided care for children and valued the long-term connections they made.
Libby later joined Arden Courts, where they held two roles. As a Program Services Assistant, they led daily activities and prioritized residents' hobbies and interests. Libby then advanced to become the Program Services Coordinator, responsible for planning activities and entertainment at the memory care facility. Libby also led the Program Services team and served as the volunteer coordinator.
Libby's most recent position was as the Memory Care Director at Traditions of Lansdale.
