Steven Pennington

Steven Pennington has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 as the Chief Technology Officer at NetWORLD Connections, Inc. Steven then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cayuse Technologies, LLC, where they designed and instructed a course on ColdFusion programming language and later became a Site Solutions Manager on the OEM Marketing Portals project. After that, they worked at the Oregon Employment Department as a ColdFusion Programmer II, where they contributed to major system upgrades and provided expertise in adopting new technologies. Steven then joined Convective as a ColdFusion Consultant, where they refactored a website, performed a major ColdFusion upgrade, and added new features to a wedding website. Currently, they are working at ECP - Extended Care Pro as a Senior Application Developer, responsible for full stack development of a SaaS product for Assisted Living communities, with a focus on cybersecurity, PCI, and HIPAA compliance.

Steven Pennington obtained a Certified Novell Engineer degree in the field of study known as CNE from Salt Lake Community College, where they enrolled from 1996 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in Bootstrap 4 Essential Training and Bootstrap 4 Layouts: Responsive Single-Page Design, which they obtained from LinkedIn in December 2018.
