Antwan Brown

Antwan Brown currently serves as the Head of Global Learning Operation & Experience at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities also include roles as Program Experience Leader & Coach in the Learn Well-being Practice and HR Leader in Global Talent Management. Alongside this, Antwan is an Adjunct Instructor at ECPI University. Previously, significant experience was gained in various human resources leadership positions within the United States Department of the Army from 2001 to 2021, including roles such as Department Chair and Professor of Military Science at The University of Alabama. Notable achievements include leading initiatives in recruitment and retention, advancing diversity and inclusion policies, and executing a presidential order on troop transition. Antwan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Howard University, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville, and a Master of Education from Cambridge College.
