Dr. Keith Morneau

Dr. Keith Morneau currently serves as the Dean of Computer and Information Science at ECPI University, a role held since February 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing program development, curriculum design, and compliance with accreditation. Previously, Dr. Morneau was the Director of CIS Curriculum at Stratford University, transforming IT programs into a project-based model, and served as Faculty Chair at Capella University, focusing on software, network, and security technology specializations. Additional experience includes consulting on STEM projects, managing IT curriculum at Northern Virginia Community College, and lead instructing in client/server programming. Dr. Morneau holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
