Dr. Nakia Davis

Dr. Nakia Davis, DHA, MSN, BSN, RN, currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and as Patient Service Manager 2 at UNC HOSPICE. With extensive experience in healthcare, Dr. Davis has held significant roles including Director of Nursing at Brookdale Senior Living Communities, Inc. and Clinical Nurse Manager in Hospice. As a Clinical Instructor at ECPI University, Dr. Davis utilizes innovative teaching methods to ensure high student success rates in the Practical Nursing program. Previous positions include Hospice Nurse at Hospice of the Piedmont, Registered Nurse at ADVANCE NEUROLOGY & PAIN and Wake Forest Baptist Health, where a strong focus on patient care and education was maintained. Dr. Davis earned a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in nursing, complemented by an Associate degree in Nursing.
