Nichole Smith

Nichole Smith is currently serving as a Career Services Advisor at ECPI University since July 2023. Previously, Nichole worked as an Administrative Specialist I at the North Carolina Department of Revenue from January to June 2023. Nichole's experience in career development includes multiple roles at EDSI, culminating in a promotion to Career Advisor for Talent Development, along with positions as a Business Services Representative and Employment Consultant from January 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, Nichole held the position of Implementation Specialist at Insight Global in 2019, Digital Technical Support at Kforce Inc (McGraw Hill) in 2018, and Technical Support Representative at Charter Communications from May 2017 to February 2018. Nichole's earlier roles include Senior Representative in the Government sector at Cardinal Health and Coordinator of Technical Support at Verizon from September 2010 to December 2014. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
