Randi Lesche

Randi Lesche is a Clinical Instructor at ECPI University since May 2018, focusing on Health Assessment, Clinical Skills, Essentials Lab, and Simulation Lab. Concurrently, Randi serves as Nursing Simulation Faculty at the University of Central Florida, managing simulation activities for Adult Health and pediatric skills, and designing new simulation scenarios. As the Founder and CEO of Comprehensive Health Care Concierge (CHCC) since January 2008, Randi has provided health care management, including case management for high-risk patients. Randi's previous experience includes working as an RN at CFIM, where responsibilities included managing the Extender Night Call Program and participating in quality reviews. Randi holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Simulation in Nursing and Health Care from the University of Central Florida and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Nursing from Drexel University and Gloucester County College, respectively.
