Soham Dave is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Industrial Engineer and Regional Project Manager for Abbott since August 2018. In this role, Soham has successfully led root cause analysis investigations for blow mold bottle suppliers and conducted supplier assessments. Prior to Abbott, Soham held positions as a Project Engineer at X-spine Systems, Inc., where significant design modifications were achieved ahead of schedule, and as a Hip Development Engineering Co-op at Biomet, contributing to cost savings through innovative testing solutions.
