William E. Brown

William E. (Bill) Brown, III currently serves as the Executive Director of Military Education at ECPI University, a position held since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director of the Center for Military & Veterans Education and Associate Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Tidewater Community College from November 2016 to September 2018, and Director of the Military Connection Center at Old Dominion University from August 2014 to November 2016. William's prior contributions to NATO Allied Command Transformation involved managing the Multinational Capability Development Program as Team Chief for the Smart Defense Team between 2012 and 2014. With 24 years of service as an Army Officer, William also held the title of Professor of Military Science and Battalion Commander at Old Dominion University from 2007 to 2010. William earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Lafayette College and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
