Jane Lee

Jane Lee is a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Tester at ECRA Group, having joined the company in August 2011, where responsibilities include writing and maintaining test cases, executing tests, managing documentation, and facilitating communication with software developers for smooth system deployments. With prior experience as an IT Manager and IT Specialist, Jane has managed server-side operations and supported software development teams. Earlier, Jane contributed as an IT Special Aide at the University of Illinois at Chicago, assisting with application development and providing technical support. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 2010.
