Amy Bender has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in risk management and operations within senior living communities. Bender served as Associate Director at Glenaire from March 1998 to December 2001, overseeing several departments and assisting in daily operations. From April 2003 to October 2011, Bender worked as a Risk Control Consultant with AMB Consulting, conducting risk assessments and developing programs for various healthcare facilities. Bender held the position of Director of Risk Management at American HealthCare, LLC from October 2011 to December 2012, managing safety efforts across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Virginia. Bender also served as Director of Risk Management at Commonwealth Assisted Living from January 2013 to August 2014 and is currently the Director of Training at Harmony Senior Services.
