Inge Schillemans

Inge Schillemans has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR professional at ECS Electronics since February 2002. Responsibilities include advising management on personnel matters, recruitment and selection, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, developing training plans, overseeing absenteeism processes, creating job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
