Amber Milot

Amber Milot is the current Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at ECS Limited. Amber has held this position since June 2020. Prior to this, they were the VP, Director of Talent Acquisition from March 2019 to June 2020. Amber has been with ECS Limited since February 2016 and has held various positions within the company, including Recruiting Manager and Controller.

Amber has over 20 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and operations management. Amber began their career as a controller at TEC - The Executive Committee in 1996. In 2003, they joined Ellis & Associates, Inc. as a controller and remained there for 13 years. In 2016, they transitioned to ECS Limited where they have served in various roles over the past 4 years.

Amber is a results-oriented and quality-driven talent acquisition professional who is responsible for leading the recruitment activity, strategy, and implementation for all hiring within ECS Limited. Amber has a proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent for their organization. Amber is passionate about their work and takes pride in helping their company grow and succeed.

After completing an associate's degree in mathematics at Santa Fe College, Amber Milot attended Wolfson High School.
