Lee Bienkowski is a seasoned Principal Geologist at ECS Limited, with a career extending over three decades in environmental assessment and remediation. Since September 2014, Lee has directed environmental staff on petroleum-contaminated site projects under the Florida Petroleum Restoration Program and has led teams in conducting Phase II environmental site assessments and remedial investigations.
