Milton Dionicio

Milton Dionicio is a civil engineer with extensive experience in construction and project management. From January 2010 to May 2018, Milton served as a Field Project Engineer at ICAT, contributing to the Subway of Santo Domingo. Subsequently, Milton worked as a Roofing Inspector at NODE from May 2018 to October 2019, coordinating and supervising construction activities to ensure timely project completion. In December 2019, Milton assumed the role of Safety Maintenance Supervisor at Blue Keys International and has been serving as a Field Quality Control Inspector at ECS Limited since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Milton was a Roadway Inspector (Asphalt) for the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones, responsible for managing asphalt operations. Milton holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, completed in 2009.
