Steve Schultz

Steve Schultz, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and construction material testing. Currently serving as Group Manager at ECS Limited since May 2023, Steve previously held the positions of Geotechnical Project Manager/Engineer and Construction Material Testing Department Manager at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC from November 2016 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Department Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) from January 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities encompassed project bidding, management, and execution in various testing and inspection domains, along with serving as the Radiation Safety Officer for the Tampa office. Steve obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, completing the degree between 2006 and 2012.
