Randy Otto has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and manufacturing industry. Randy started their career in 1990 as an Electrical Engineer at Owens Corning Fiberglas, where they worked until 1992. Randy then joined Flanders Electric as an Electrical Engineer, and remained there until 1996. At Integrated Systems Manufacturing, Randy served as the General Manager from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Premier System Integrators from 2003 to 2005. Currently, Randy is the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at ECS Solutions, Inc., a position they have held since March 2005.
Randy Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
