Jeff Urlwin

Jeff Urlwin is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in solutions architecture and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at ECS since July 2021, Urlwin previously held the same title at CACI International Inc from May 2007 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the IT infrastructure for a division generating $300M annually. Prior roles include founding Urlwin Computer Consulting, LLC, serving as President of Softmatic, Inc., and holding positions at CACI, COMSYS, Electronic Presentations, Inc., and Benson Computer Research, where Urlwin contributed significantly to initiatives involving document imaging solutions, legal information systems, and advanced software development. Urlwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colgate University in 1989.
