Mark Maglin

VP, Department of Defense Cybersecurity at ECS

As Vice President of Department of Defense cybersecurity, Mark Maglin oversees the delivery of integrated cybersecurity solutions to defend the nation’s most strategic networks.

Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Maglin was the program director for the Army endpoint security solution at InfoReliance. As a senior program manager at CACI, he provided DoD customers with enterprise program management, acquisition, financial management, and systems engineering support for acquisition of full lifecycle support of major ACAT IT systems. He led a program with more than 150 employees, 60 tasks, and numerous subcontractor partners and helped develop and field SHARKSEER and ESSA inter-government cyber threat indicator systems.

Having completed 24 years of active duty with the U.S. Navy as a naval aviator and E-2C Hawkeye and C-2A Greyhound pilot, Mr. Maglin now pursues his passion for flying as a private pilot and certified flight instructor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
