Gavin Broughton E.i.t.

Gavin Broughton, P.E. is a Design Engineer III at ECT2, where experience includes roles as Staff Field Engineer and Staff Design Engineer since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Hunter Industries, focusing on controller designs for residential and commercial systems, and gaining knowledge in injection molding and 3D modeling techniques. Earlier positions include an Engineering Intern at Emerging Compounds Treatment Technologies, working on groundwater and soil vapor treatment systems, an Engineering/Management Intern at the City of San Diego, and as a Summer Camp Counselor and Golf Volunteer at Pro Kids | The First Tee of San Diego. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and completed high school at San Dieguito Academy.
