James Knights E.i.t.

James Knights, e.i.t., is a Staff Design Engineer at Emerging Compounds Treatment Technologies, Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Knights contributed as a Team Member on a Senior Design Project at UC San Diego, collaborating with a team of mechanical engineers on a medical device aimed at mitigating the side effects of endotracheal intubation. Knights also served as a Research and Development Intern at Mini-Circuits, focusing on the efficiency of heat-dispersing power amplifier systems and utilizing SolidWorks 2020 for simulations and modeling. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Tax Validator at Zaldivar & Associates, LLC, assisting clients across multiple states with sales tax exemption forms. Knights holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, earned in 2021.
