James Marine is a Director of Cultural Resources with over 20 years of experience in geomorphology and prehistoric archaeology. They previously served as the Director of Cultural Resources at Tetra Tech OGA from 2009 to 2023, where they established the Cultural Resources Program and led various archaeological and historic structures surveys. James holds an MS in Geology from the University of Pittsburgh, where they specialized in geoarchaeology, geomorphology, and sedimentology.
