Tom Hazlett

Tom Hazlett is the Chief Operating Officer of Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT), where they lead operations across multiple consulting divisions, including natural resources and sustainability. With over two decades of experience in the water and environmental consulting industry, Tom previously served as Executive Vice President at Woodard & Curran, where they significantly contributed to the municipal business. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
