Slava Gavrylchenko

Slava Gavrylchenko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Slava is currently serving as the VP of Growth at Ecto since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rusagro from February 2020 to June 2022 as the Head of the Meat Processing department. Slava spent a significant portion of their career at McKinsey & Company, starting in January 2011 and ending in February 2020, where they held the position of Associate Principal. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate at UFC Capital from May 2010 to December 2010. Slava also held the role of VP at DAO Consulting Partners from January 2009 to October 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Antal-Service Group, where they served as the Head of the Financial Analysis department from April 2008 to December 2008 and as Deputy Chief of the Internal Audit department from March 2007 to March 2008. Slava began their professional career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young from January 2006 to March 2007.

Slava Gavrylchenko earned a Master's degree in Finance, General from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
