Anne Stepnick

Anne Stepnick, RN, BSN, PHN, LALD has extensive work experience in various healthcare roles. Anne currently serves as the Clinical Director at Ecumen since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Clinical Services at Brookdale from 2016 to 2018, where they successfully improved the CMS Star rating and quality measures. From 2012 to 2016, Anne was the Director of Nursing at Ecumen, overseeing a 101-bed post-acute care and long-term care facility. Anne also has experience as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator and Evening Supervisor at Parmly Lifepointes from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they worked as a Public Health Nurse at Minnesota Visiting Nurse Agency in 2009, where they played a crucial role in implementing legislative changes to promote independent living among diverse clientele.

Anne Stepnick holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine. Additionally, they have pursued further education in the field of Nursing by pursuing a Master's Degree in Science in Nursing from Liberty University.
