Heidi Hruska

Heidi Hruska, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as the People Services Director at Ecumen, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Heidi worked at Cassia - An Augustana | Elim Affiliation for almost a decade, serving as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they oversaw key metrics and data analysis pertaining to employee satisfaction, turnover, retention, recruitment, and financial performance. Heidi also led a pilot region for a new employee benefit and managed a team of two direct reports.

Heidi also had a role at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Footwear and Customer Assist Associate, where they focused on customer satisfaction and merchandise management.
