Mary Walters, MPH, LALD, is a dedicated Executive Director passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. With four years of experience in senior living management, they focus on resident-centered care and innovative programming while empowering their team and ensuring regulatory compliance. Mary has previously worked in various roles within healthcare and customer service, including as a Home Care Provider and COVID-19 Vaccination Coordinator. They hold a degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA.
