Russ Beaver

Russ Beaver is a results-driven finance professional with extensive experience in financial markets, risk management, and leadership. They have held various roles, including Director of Accounting at Ecumen, where they lead a team while managing the month-end close cycle and improving processes. Previously, they served as Trade Product Control Energy Supervisor at Cargill, overseeing trading operations and managing hedging programs. Russ also gained significant expertise in valuation analysis and accounting as a Valuation Analyst at Lacrosse Global Fund Services. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School and the University of Iowa, respectively.
