Shelley K.

Shelley K. has a strong background in senior leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Shelley served as the President & CEO at Ecumen from February 2019 to the present, where they previously held the positions of Senior Vice President of Operations from June 2016 to February 2019 and Vice President of Operations from January 2012 to June 2016. Prior to their time at Ecumen, Shelley was the Executive Director at Minneapolis Veterans Home from October 2010 to January 2012. Shelley also worked as a Nursing Home Administrator at Extended Health Care Inc from September 2009 to October 2010, and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) from June 2000 to September 2009.

Shelley K. obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Eastern Michigan University from 1980 to 1984. Shelley later pursued a Master's degree in Nonprofit Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they hold additional certifications as a Health Services Executive HSE licensed from BELTSS and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
