Wendy Brostrom - SPHR has a diverse range of work experience. Wendy currently serves as the People Services Operations Director at Ecumen, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Sr. People Services Manager at Ecumen from March 2018 to October 2023. Wendy also worked as an HR Business Partner at Taylor Communications from February 2015 to March 2018.

Before that, they worked independently as a Human Resource Consultant at their own company, Wendy Brostom, Inc., from August 2014 to December 2015. During this time, Wendy provided strategic solutions for HR challenges, including talent management, coaching and mentoring, talent acquisition and retention, and change management.

Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Disability Specialist and HR Assistant at General Mills from 1999 to 2006. Wendy also worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts and as a Software Instructor at ExecuTrain.
