Eric Pytanowski

Eric Pytanowski has worked in the IT and media industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at Guitar Center, and as an IT Support Specialist at GENROSE Stone + Tile. At GENROSE Stone + Tile, they provided IT support for 12 locations across 4 different states and responded to incidents via phone, email, or in person while utilizing remote support software.

From 2008 to 2019, Eric Pytanowski worked at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. as a Live Master Control Operator, Master Control Operator, and Encode Operator. As a Live Master Control Operator, they monitored and Quality Controlled feeds for YES network, operated Sundance Master Control software, and switched feeds with Leitch switcher. As a Master Control Operator, they monitored multiple national television networks for on air correctness and Quality Control. As an Encode Operator, they encoded and Quality Checked SD, HD, and Digital commercials, promos, and shows.

Since 2019, Eric Pytanowski has been working at IT Services & IT Support In South Florida | ECW Computers. Eric has held the roles of Support Operations Manager, Senior Technical Support Specialist, and Information Technology Support Technician.

Eric Pytanowski obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry from the University of New Haven between 2002 and 2007, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Haven between 2002 and 2007. Eric also holds certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and CompTIA, including a Microsoft Certified Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (November 2021), CompTIA A+ ce (May 2014), CompTIA Network+ ce (July 2014), and CompTIA Security+ (June 2017).
