Cláudia Cepukas

Cláudia Cepukas has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and digital technology. Cláudia began their career at WebMotors in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Web Developer and Project Specialist, overseeing car and motorcycle classified projects. In 2006, they joined the Minha Vida Group as a Product and Marketing Manager, leading teams and implementing campaigns to increase website traffic and user base.

In 2008, Cláudia returned to WebMotors and took on the role of Customer Acquisition Marketing Coordinator, developing marketing plans and coordinating advertising campaigns. Cláudia later transitioned to become the Social Media & Content Coordinator, where they led the creation and distribution of content on WebMotors' social networks.

From 2011 to 2013, Cláudia worked at Banco Votorantim as the Digital Manager for MeuCarroNovo, responsible for the digital channels of the auto classifieds and leading marketing and product teams. During their time there, they led the redesign of the MeuCarroNovo website and was involved in project and budget approvals.

In 2017, Cláudia joined Kelley Blue Book Brasil as the Head of Marketing and Advertising, collaborating with local and international teams to enhance platforms and drive accelerated growth in performance indicators.

Currently, Cláudia is working at Concash as the CMO, overseeing the marketing operations of the company.

Throughout their career, Cláudia has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully executing marketing and business plans, and driving growth in success indicators.

Cláudia Cepukas has a diverse education background. In 1994, they attended Universidade Estadual de Campinas and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Software Development. Later, in 2001, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing to study Business/Corporate Communications. In 2005, they enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in the Business Administration Specialization Program. Most recently, in 2020, Cláudia Cepukas attended Hyper Island, where they studied Creating Innovation and Leading Teams in the Digital Age.
