He previously served as the Director of Yoga and Sports Training for The Kripalu Insititute for Extraordinary Living to study breathing in performance states.  He is the creator of the Mind Body Athlete & co-creator of F-FORCE fitness & athletic training programs. He has worked with athletes at Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, MIT, Saint Joseph’s University & the US Olympic Rowing team. He has presented at the IRHSA Convention & USA Rowing Association.

Ed’s corporate health & performance programs combine the mindfulness-based strategies of yoga, conscious breathing and meditation to show you the factors that play a role in preventing illness and disease, encourage mindfulness, reduce stress, increase performance and create lasting positive lifestyle habits.
