Cheryl D. has worked in various roles since 1978. Cheryl began their career at Southwestern Bell Corporation as a Communications Consultant and then moved into the role of Management Development Manager. In 1983, Cheryl became an Adjunct Professor at Webster University. In 1987, they were promoted to Corporate Health Promotion Manager at Southwestern Bell Corporation. In 1990, Cheryl was hired by BP/Amoco as the Director of the Tulsa Learning Center. In 1999, they became President of Doellefeld Associates Inc. and also became a Retiring Consultant for Self-employed. In 2000, they became a Partner, Coach, Program Leader and Team Facilitator with Best Year Yet. Since 2001, Cheryl has been a Senior Consultant at Executive Development Associates.

Cheryl D. began their educational journey at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they earned a B.S. in Education. Cheryl then attended Washington University in St. Louis to study Employee Assistance Programming. After that, they studied Management and Human Resources at Webster University. Lastly, Cheryl D. earned an M.S. in Human Relations/Urban Education from the University of Nebraska.
