Meghan O'Hearn, PhD, is a nutrition epidemiologist and critical systems thinker dedicated to advancing a healthier, sustainable, and equitable food system through evidence-driven, market-based solutions and policies on a global scale. They are currently the Director of Nutrition Data Translation and Strategy at Edacious, where they lead the development of nutrient profiling systems and forge partnerships connecting agriculture initiatives with consumer demand for nutrient-dense foods. With previous roles including a doctoral researcher at Tufts University and Public Health Specialist at Nurture Project International, they bring extensive experience in public health, research, and nutrition management. Meghan earned a PhD in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts University, following a Master's degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor's in Global Health from Georgetown University.
