Jörg Hölig

Jörg Hölig has extensive experience in vehicle safety and technology development, currently serving as the Leiter Competence Center Sichere Mobilität at EDAG Group since January 2016, focusing on active and integral safety and driver assistance technologies. Previously, Hölig held various senior positions at EDAG Engineering GmbH, including Abteilungsleiter Fahrzeugsicherheit, overseeing a department dedicated to passive vehicle safety, and Teamleiter Fahrzeugsicherheit in Fulda. Earlier career milestones include leadership roles at ACTS GmbH and PARS GmbH, concentrating on side impact protection systems and conducting extensive testing for prominent automotive manufacturers like Daimler, Audi, and Opel. Hölig earned a Diplomingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering and Precision Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden.
