Konrad Koper

Konrad Koper has been serving as a Professional Project Coordinator at EDAG Group since December 2018, where responsibilities include the design of automotive industry components in alignment with technological standards and client requirements, as well as managing parts within assemblies and developing connection concepts and geometries. Prior to this role, Konrad worked as a Process Engineer at MW Lublin Sp. z o.o. from July 2017 to December 2018, focusing on the implementation of production processes for new products in steel wheel stamping, conducting technological trials, modifying stamping tools, and optimizing production processes for quality and efficiency while also managing a team of up to 20 individuals during maintenance breaks. Konrad is pursuing a Master's degree in Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, expected to be completed in April 2025, and holds an Engineering degree in Mechanics and Machine Construction from Politechnika Lubelska.
