Olga Herrmann has extensive experience in the field of strategic recruiting, particularly within the automotive sector. Since January 2014, Olga has served as a Professional Active Sourcer and Sales Support for Production Solutions at EDAG Group, where responsibilities include active sourcing, utilizing Boolean operators, and managing recruitment processes. Prior to this, Olga held the position of Recruiting Manager at both EDAG Group and Rücker AG, focusing on the recruitment of specialists and executives, and overseeing recruitment events across Germany and Europe. Olga holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Material Science and Engineering from Technische Universität Tscheljabinsk, obtained in 1996.
